Trailhead
Trailhead is a seed oil-free food truck located at Muddy Brook Farm beneath Vroman’s Nose in Middleburgh, serving fresh, thoughtfully crafted food inspired by the outdoors and the spirit of exploring Upstate New York.
We grow produce and shiitake mushrooms right here on the farm and source locally whenever possible, letting the seasons help shape our menu.
From our signature rice bowls and smash burgers to our house-made crispy potatoes and handcrafted drinks, everything is made with high-quality ingredients and no preservatives. We’re excited to bring Trailhead to the Sunken City Cider Festival and can’t wait to serve great food alongside an incredible lineup of local cider, music, and community.

NEWBURGH BREWING CO - AMAIZING CORN LAGER (ON TAP). Brewed exclusively for Hudson Taco and the Cosimo's restaurants this lager is made with 100% NYS Malt and Corn. 4.5% ABV
WOODSTOCK BREWING - BABY DRAGON (ON TAP). Their flagship Pale Ale. Brewed with Flaked Oats and Pilsner, Hopped with Centennial and Columbus. Notes of Ripe Grapefruit, Candied Orange Peel, and Meyer Lemon Zest. 6.5% ABV
INDUSTRIAL ARTS BREWING - SUMMER LANDSCAPE (IN CANS). This pre-prohibition style lager is made with 6-row Pilsner malt, flaked and cracked corn from Hudson Valley Malt and NY Craft Malt, lightly spicy all-NYS hops from Pedersen Farms, and house lager yeast. 5% ABV
